PAYMENT POLICY: We secure horses for the first paying customer (CASH OR EFT). THEN start preparing 🐎🙏🏼. Preparing horses takes about 35 min Exact weights of each rider are needed before preparing. Unfortunately no refund on the day of booking if your weight is over 90kg Also no refund for late arrival/ missing your trail. 🐎

CANCELLATION POLICY: • All cancellations or changes must be received in writing. No verbal instructions will be accepted. • Cancellation 4-5 days prior to date reserved will result in a fee of 50% of the total account. • Cancellation 1-3 days prior to date reserved will result in a fee of 75% of the total account. • Cancellation on day of function or a no show will result in a fee of 100% of the total account
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY: The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the provider will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a attract a 10% charge for administration costs. The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of services ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.
